Love And Roses Dating Event On May 17

In mid-February, TV Shows Ace reported that the Golden Bachelor lead would be at a Love and Roses dating event in Fort Wade, Indiana. At the time, happily married, it would have made sense for him to meet and greet people at the Fort Wayne TinCaps Minor League Baseball event.

It looks like the Love and Roses event will still take place. IndyStar reported this week, that Gerry Turner will do a Q&A and meet with people there. More details emerged about the date night event. The outlet noted:

That evening’s game against the South Bend Cubs will feature a Hometown Date Competition for 21-and-up singles during which five women and five men will compete in on-field promotions, such as the “Falling in Love Dizzy Bat” challenge. Based on their performances in the promotions, one woman and one man will be selected to watch that night’s postgame fireworks from the field and they’ll get a Fort Wayne date package.

It’s not too late to enter the event but it will set you back $50 for a ticket and a chance to meet The Golden Bachelor alum.
