Mama June told Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson that she had just $33K left to start her life and go to college. She needed much more than that to attend Regis University in Colorado despite her $21K/year scholarship. June was not willing to help her and she was scared that she would not be able to pay her tuition.
Former Teen Mom star, Kailyn Lowry jumped in and made a TikTok explaining the guidance that she received. She was able to set her children up for success so they would be protected. More so, she aimed the video at Mama June. June has since clapped back and explained she did not have that but will be giving Alana back something.
She then proceeded to break down all of the money that her daughter does have. Aside from the alleged $35K Alana has in Wells Fargo, Mama June claimed 70% of what was made on The Masked Singer went straight to her daughter. That was a decision that Pumpkin and Alana made since June was not her guardian at the time. Along with that, June is stating that Alana has $160K in a Coogan account in California.

Of course, June did talk about the taxes and how they did impact what Alana got in the long run.

Fans Do Not Care
Adding up what Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson has in the bank and how she made it is great. As Pumpkin mentioned, she is the reason the family is successful in the first place. So, having $200K after working since she was a kid is not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things and fans agreed. After seeing Mama June’s excuses and reasoning, they had a lot to say:
