The maximum earnings a celebrity can make on DWTS has been capped at $295,000. For a person as young as Alana was on the show, this six-figure income was substantial.

I think June saw Alana as a cash cow and used as much of the money for whatever she wanted and then started paying Alana her own child support out of it once she was made to pay Pumpkin support for her.
