Tom Sandoval Wants ‘Civil’ Relationship, Ariana Maintains He ‘Stop’

Tom Sandoval wants a “civil” relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix but she maintains that he just “stop.” The Vanderpump Rules co-stars still live together in their Valley Village home and have managed to keep their distance. Yet, they are about to come face to face and it is not looking good in any capacity. Keep reading for more details.

Tom Sandoval Wants ‘Civil’ Relationship, Ariana Maintains He ‘Stop’

This season on Vanderpump Rules, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are still living under the same roof. Neither wants to give up the house they bought in 2019. More so, Ariana does not feel she should have to pack up her life because Sandoval had an affair. They interacted once when Sandoval approached Ariana about wanting to buy her out. She turned her head away and waited for him to leave but they have his assistant, Ann Maddox who serves as their go-between.

Now, in an upcoming episode, the two will be at a beach day and it goes awry when Sandoval tries to talk to Ariana. According to People, they are all out together when James Kennedy is curious about who cares for the pets when Ann Maddox is unavailable. Ariana says she is lucky as that has not happened just yet. She also reiterates that Ann is not her dog, Mya’s sitter. James then inquires if Ariana feels Mya is safe to which she says she does. Tom Schwartz adds his two cents by noting both Sandoval and Ariana are “both great dog and cat parents.”

They currently have their pup, Mya, and a kitty but Ariana Madix is quick to set the record straight: “Well, I’m a dog and cat parent. They’re mine. … I paid the adoption fees, so I bought her.” James wants to know if Tom Sandoval will ultimately fight for her and this opens Pandora’s Box. Sandoval says to Ariana:

“According to your rules, Ariana, since you, like, applied for the adoption papers and paid for it and did all that stuff since my friend found the house and my people did the loan…”

Ariana is very quick to shut this down:

“Don’t speak to me. Don’t speak to me. Stop speaking to me. Stop speaking to me. Stop speaking to me, like, literally stop speaking to me.”

Neverending Battle

In the confessional, Tom Sandoval notes that Ariana Madix has not paid any bills but she did pay for Mya. He has alleged she has not paid for anything for months now. Yet, he wanted a “civil” relationship with his ex amid all of the drama:

“I had this delusional idea that we would be even more civil than Tom and Katie. Like that ain’t nothing. Watch how civil Ariana and I are gonna be. Yeah, delusional.”

In terms of bills, Ariana has said she asked for an itemized list of what she owes. That has not come to her and she won’t pay just anything as she does not trust her ex anymore and with good reason. In the end, Ariana has just purchased a brand new home while she awaits a decision on what they will do with her old house.
