Savannah Chrisley & The Appeal Case For Todd & Julie

On April 19, Todd and Julie’s legal team will get the chance to argue their appeal. Notably, it’s seldom granted for oral arguments to take place. So, the judges must think something in their fight holds legal water. It’s encouraging news for their legal team and the family. However, some critics feel that even if they get off, they are guilty of fraud and tax evasion.

Savannah Chrisley and Alex Little have both talked about an appeal for a retrial relying on two major points. Firstly, there’s a reportedly unconstitutional search. Meanwhile, another point is about a statement made in court by an IRS officer that seemed to be incorrect. Naturally, the bit about the search makes people feel that there was evidence of criminality found, but they want the courts to overlook it.

Chrisley Knows Best Star Allegedly Admits Parent’s Guilt?

As former president Donald Trump recently discovered, real estate can be a tricky financial game. And, Alex Little agrees. However, he maintains the documents that were found in a warehouse might not add up to a crime. Nevertheless, it’s very technical. So, there’s no harm in asking questions.

On Reddit, talking about Savannah Chrisley, an OP wrote:

Her PC with her lawyer proves she admitted to her parents doing…She has admitted time and time again that the evidence submitted with Julie’s scrap booking+ fraudulent paperwork should have never been allowed into evidence. Essentially she is admitting to the fact that the evidence does prove them guilty but legally the law did as they wanted to with the evidence. As Mr Little said to Sassy…”You and your parents are learning that one the hard way. A law is just something on paper.”

I was like….. OUCH. They sure are learning and paying at the same time. Julie is one lazy scrap booker. I don’t get how people suck up to these thieves. Really HARD to feel bad for T/J🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴

The Discussion

In the comments that followed, most people agreed that allegedly, Savannah knew what her mom and dad had done and that they crooked the system.

  • She’s made many statements that led me to believe she knows they did exactly what they were accused of. She just wants her parents home and her lifestyle as it was restored and she doesn’t seem to care if it’s on technicalities or not…
  • Honestly, I believe her and chase knew what their parents were doing. I can’t believe they made all their money from real estate. Is it possible? Most likely. But the way they showed their lives on tv there’s no way they made all that money from real estate and whatever else they were doing.
  • She places blame on mark braddock and basically says he was lying and pinned everything on her parents. And has been lashing out at lindsie publicly since last summer. She blames everyone but her parents.

Well, you can listen to Alex Little explaining Todd and Julie Chrisley’s appeal case in the video below. Then, perhaps you can make up your own mind on the allegations.
