‘Bachelorette’ Emily Maynard Explains Odd Photo Of Baby Jones
Former Bachelorette from Season 8, Emily Maynard Johnson, 38, welcomed her fourth son in August of 2022. Baby Jones West was born with Down Syndrome, and he appeared in a very odd photo this week. However, his mom explained why.
Emily Maynard Loves Her Baby Boy, Jones West
Before appearing on the ABC show, the mom of 5 young children, and a half-sister from a prior relationship became engaged to Bachelor Brad Womack. However, that didn’t work out. As The Bachelorette, she found love with Jeff Holm. However, she later married Tyler Johnson in 2014 and she adores her children. Jones West is no exception, and she will fight off any nasty commenters on social media.
Emily Maynard shares many photos of her children, and right now, Jones is at an adorable age. He likes it when his dad tickles him, and he loves sitting in his walker. In November last year, the Bachelorette alum shared a sweet photo of Jones on Halloween that charmed ABC fans. But this week, she shared one that looked very odd.
Bachelorette Alum Posts Odd Pool Baby Photo
People saw a photo of Jones on Instagram, and they noticed that her baby boy seemed to be sitting in a swimming pool while seated in his walker. As usual, he smiled very sweetly, something he’s really good at. In her post, the ABC alum asked a question about drinking cups and straws. Next, she explained the chair in the pool.
Emily Maynard discovered AI on Instagram, and that emerged in her explanation.
I’m old and just figured out the AI feature on Instagram. Jones was in the safety of his walker in our living room when this picture was taken. Not the pool.
Initially, Bachelorette fans were shocked by the arrival of Jones West. After all, his mom already had four kids not yet in their teens. However, she told her followers on Instagram, “I’m so happy I didn’t stop at five. I love you all the way to heaven Jones West. ❤️”
Is Emily Maynard’s Son’s Down Syndrome Treatable?
According to the CDC, Down syndrome means that there’s an extra chromosome that causes challenges. While it can’t be reversed, children like Jones can “improve their physical and intellectual abilities.” By “enrolling them in early intervention programs,” improvement is often found through “speech, occupational, and physical therapy.” In fact, some children like Jones end up attending “regular classes.”
What do you think of the clever way that Emily Maynard managed to make her son, Jones, look as if he was floating in the swimming pool? Have you tried the AI on Instagram yet? Share your thoughts in the comments below, and come back for all your Bachelorette news.
