Amy Slaton Halterman surprised 1000-Lb Sisters fans in November last year, by wearing a jacket that showed she’d lost a lot of weight. But, how much does she weigh now? After all, it’s not like the TLC show revealed her weighing herself since she welcomed her children, Gage and Glenn. Instead, the focus shifted to her split from Michael Halterman.
Amy Slaton Halterman Slammed For Pregnancies
1000-Lb Sisters fans were just about as upset with Tammy’s sister as her doctor was. Remember, she was told to wait until she fell pregnant. Before that, she lost 124 pounds pre and post-op. Anyway, she threw that advice out with the bath water and started putting on weight. That’s why she ended up with some difficulty birthing her son.
In December 2020, fans of 1000-Lb Sisters were impressed because Amy Slaton shared some comparison photos. She did that so her followers could get an idea of her weight before and after gastric surgery. Taken in 2019 and 2020, the change in her weight was obvious, and TLC fans cheered for her. However, it seems that after the ups and downs with her two boys, she might have slimmed down more.

Distractify reminded TLC fans that both Tammy Slaton and her sister Amy lost weight.
Amy was the first to undergo bariatric surgery, which helped her lose a considerable amount of weight. But since then, she’s had two kids and has undergone a divorce, making fans wonder if she’s been able to maintain her weight.
People reported in December, that Amy Slaton Halterman said late last year, that she weighed in at “406 lbs.” Now that she weighs in at “230 lbs,” she seems to have managed to gain some control of her health. Obviously, 1000-Lb Sisters fans would like to see her continue to lose weight. In Season 5, TLC viewers see how unhappy she is since the divorce from Michael Halterman. Hopefully, she not eating her feelings anymore.

When Amy shared a photo of herself two days ago, fans thought that she looked amazing. She’s not Miss Twiggy, but she certainly looks a lot slimmer than she used to.
