Jenelle Evans and Child Protection Services, (CPS) are commonly discussed on social media. More so since the Teen Mom alum’s son, Jace ran away multiple times. Recently, she spoke about her fight for her kids after David Eason allegedly killed her pup Nugget. This week, someone dug up an old video and she boasted her COPS connection while giving some advice.

Recently, the former MTV star claimed that someone who works for CPS leaked to her that Barabara is making up stories and lies about Jace. Well, it seemed a bit off that someone who is allegedly in a war with her mom and CPS could gain an insider’s opinion on it. Interestingly, she name-dropped a connection that she has with the organization
Critics of Jenelle Evans are relentless in their criticism of her. Mainly, they hate that she’s been the subject of CPS more than a handful of times. She seems to make out she’s a wonderful mother, but wonderful mothers don’t usually have to fight CPS. Nonetheless, the former MTV star seems qualified to give other parents advice about Child Protection Services.

Jenelle Evans Has a Lot To Say About CPS, Gives Advice
Back in 2019, CPS took Ensley away from her mom and dad. Teen Mom fans were dead certain that they would lose custody of all the kids forever. However, it didn’t work out that way. The kids were returned to them, and for a few years, not much was heard about more problems until Jace ran away.
In an old video from about 2022, Jenelle Evans talked about the time her kids were taken away. She got them back, and she seemed really proud of the decisions she made. The video from TikTok made its way to Reddit a few days ago. There, an OP who shared it said, “This was from a TT made in 2022 In regards to her 2019 CPS case. The smirk just irks my nerves but she says so smug.”
CPS Judge Is A Connection?
Extracting what Jenelle Evans said, the poster noted, “… the new CPS judge is her former lawyer.” So, they wondered, “Is this still true? Definitely see why CPS in her county is the way it is.”
In the video, the Teen Mom alum spoke about how people must always “fight” CPS. She reminded listeners how she had fought so hard. Elaborating on the cost, she felt it was worth spending $10K to get her kids back. Then she wrapped it up by boasting, “My old lawyer is now the CPS judge.”
