Sister Wives viewers already know that Kody Brown’s relationship with Christine didn’t pan out well. But is it possible that his marriage with Janelle is on the outs too?
In the teasers for the upcoming Season 17 episode, fans watch Kody verbally berate Janelle. It really seems like he’s painting her as the new scapegoat for his problems now that Christine is out of the picture.
Fans that know Janelle know she won’t let Kody treat her poorly. She has her kids and her dogs — she doesn’t really need a man.
Some Sister Wives fans think that Kody and Janelle definitely did split up in the past year. And they’re pointing to leaked photos and videos from their son Logan’s wedding as evidence.
Wait — did Janelle and Kody Brown actually split up?
Online, many Sister Wives fans have noted that Kody Brown generally attends events with whichever wife he was supposed to be with that day. But many seemed to think that at his son Logan’s wedding, he would attend with his wife Janelle, Logan’s mother. But based on photos circling the internet, that didn’t seem to be the case.
In leaked photographs, Janelle Brown can clearly be seen in the front row during the ceremony — but Kody is nowhere near her. He and Robyn are seated together on the other side of the aisle in the second row. This is incredibly odd since the parents of the bride and groom generally have seats of honor at the front. However, the seating arrangement would make sense if Janelle and Kody weren’t on great terms with one another.
Ever since Christine Brown announced she was officially leaving the family, fans began to speculate whether or not Janelle would be next. In previous videos, Paedon Brown confirmed that Janelle was still with Kody. So what would it really take to get her to leave him?
Right now, there are more questions than answers. But hopefully, Sister Wives fans will hear more about the state of Kody and Janelle’s marriage as Season 17 continues.
