‘sMothered’ Laura Leigh Reese Hard-Launches New Girlfriend
Laura Leigh Reese recently hard-launched a new girlfriend after she split from her wife, Lauren. You probably recall them from Season 3 and Season 4 of the TLC show. Lauren’s mom, Lisa was way too involved in her adult child’s life, and she even helped to inseminate her daughter, which grossed out viewers.
Laura Leigh Reese Was Accused Of Abuse
In Season 4 of the TLC show, Lauren and her mother Lisa planned for her to become pregnant without Laura Leigh knowing about it. Of course, it is not easy to hide a pregnancy, so when she found out, Laura Leigh was determined to put some boundaries in place with Lisa. By then TLC fans were pretty much disgusted with Lisa and Lauren. So, there were no unhappy faces when they didn’t appear in the Season 5 cast lineup.
In November last year, sMothered fans found out that Lauren accused Laura Leigh Reese of violent behavior. Allegedly, after the arrival of baby Raegan, Laura wouldn’t allow Lauren’s parents anywhere near them. Plus, she claimed that she was threatened with being punched in the face. Estranged at the time, Laura denied any of it happened. Still, the allegations could explain their absence from Season 5 of the TLC show.

sMothered Alum Hard-Launches New Girlfriend
On Reddit on April 13, an OP shared some screenshots from Instagram and fans liked the look of Laura’s new girlfriend. In fact, it came the same day that she confirmed she does spend time with little Raegan. On the OP’s post, the caption said:
Laura Leigh hard launched her new girlfriend!
Laura Leigh Reese had said the following about her girlfriend, “What Material; Are You Made Of…..Girlfriend Material!”
TLC fans felt happy for her and they wished her a better future without a woman like Lisa interfering in her love life. Here are some of their comments:
- I really hope she got someone a lot less self-absorbed and influenced by her mother than her ex was. That was painful to watch.
- The insemination scene w/ her mom was literally the most insane sh-t I’ve ever seen.
