David Eason moved off ‘The Land’ and now he’s been served a summons for a civil no-contact order. Apparently, an emergency protective order was turned down. He was also served papers regarding separation. Teen Mom alum, Janelle Evans wants no contact with him for her and the kids. That includes the Teen Mom alum’s daughter, Ensley. Additionally, she wants him to stop talking about her business.

David Eason Moved Onto The Family’s  Boat

After Jace ran away multiple times, he claimed Jenelle’s husband assaulted him. David moved onto the boat and has been living there for a few months. Jenelle wanted a separation, and he’s not allowed to be around Jace, so he can’t live in the house. However, he does go there, and he reportedly ran over and killed a dog which Maryssa witnessed.

David Eason also can’t live at the house because the former Teen Mom stars must stay apart for a full year before she can file for divorce. In March, there were some disputes, and the cops were called so he could take some of his things away. Actually, for once, MTV fans believe that Jenelle is serious about ending their relationship.

Jenelle Evans Gets Papers Served On Her Estranged Husband

Some  MTV fans believe that the split is simply a big drama and they’ll end up back together again. The conclusion arrived when fans discovered that allegedly, she still pays for the boat. However, more papers served involve her desire for a no-contact order, and a notice to appear in court suggests she’s serious. Local officers served the papers on David on the boat this Tuesday.

David Eason went live on TikTok after being served, and according to The Sun, his body language looked angry. However, he seems unworried about it. He’s since cut his beard short and claimed it was a mistake in another video. However, he might be polishing up for his court hearing. In the comments of his post, he explained :

It’s a summons, not a RO…and [Janelle’s lawyers] are silly af.

The outlet noted that the former MTV star said in his Live that Jenelle Evans “tried to file a restraining order.” He added, “She doesn’t want me to talk about her personal business. Well, guess what, you made that decision for yourself.” Teen Mom fans who follow him discovered he intends to fight it in court.

According to a source, Jenelle Evans did want “a domestic violence protective order, but it’s essentially a no-contact order.” And, her original application was turned down because there’s already one in place for her son Jace.
