‘Wheel Of Fortune’ Pat Sajak Made Viewers Angry Over Latest Move

Pat Sajak has been the Wheel of Fortune host for decades, and he doesn’t always get it right, so on Thursday, fans of the game show ripped him for going easy on a contestant. Although news of his retirement arrived in 2023, he only leaves the show in June of 2024.

Lots of people adore the game show host. For many of them, he’s been on their screens for most of their lives. However, when the stakes are high, even fans get irritated when mistakes happen. Some of them feel that he should step down already. In fact, some people believe he’s just coasting along, going through the motions.

Ryan Seacrest will take over from Pat Sajak on Wheel of Fortune, and he might also end up ripped. After all, it was Kelly Ripa who suggested that he can’t even spell. In the meantime, he’s not the main focus, and it’s the older man in disgrace with viewers. That’s because he gave a contestant some leeway, and viewers felt that it was very unfair.

Wheel Of Fortune Contestant Gets An Easy Pass

Marissa from Colorado seemed like a nice person, so it’s not her fault that the host gets ripped for going easy on her. Once the game got close enough for her to guess the words, “Everglades National Park” some viewers thought that she said “Everglade.” As far as they are concerned, without the “S,” she got it wrong. However, the host told her that she guessed correctly.

On Twitter (X), game show fans fired their shots at the Wheel of Fortune host, Pat Sajak’s decision. One of them said that it made them “mad.” Meanwhile, another person talked about “yelling” at their “TV.” One very irritated viewer, @LaDiDaShaw said:

Pat Sajak’s contestant subsequently lost the bonus round, but Marissa went home with cash. So, @cygnusfive wrote, “Sometimes I feel like Pat Sajak is just dialing it in.”

Unfortunately, after years of providing game show entertainment, it seems that people grow weary of the retiree. Just over a week ago, word arrived that allegedly, there won’t be a party for him when he leaves, so it seems that he’s not loved by all the staff who work on Wheel of Fortune.
