‘Live’ Kelly Ripa Shocks With Sharon Stone’s ‘Basic Instinct’ Pose
Both Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos were on fire with the Live With Kelly And Mark show! Over the weekend, Kelly posted photos of iconic scenes she and Mark reenacted as they prepared for the after-Oscars Live show. Undeniably, the two didn’t disappoint with their recreation of the moments.
Kelly Ripa And Mark Consuelos Reenact Famous Scenes
On Saturday, March 9, Kelly Ripa shared several photos on her Instagram page. Then she captions: “A little BTS sneak peek 👀 The countdown is on … 2 days until Live’s After The Oscars!” Within the photos, the spunky couple take on multiple famous movie scenes in their own way. In the first snap, the fun-loving couple became the extra popular power couple: Barbie and Ken. Unmistably, pretty in pink, Kelly dressed up as a near twin of Margot Robbie’s version of Barbie. Alongside her is her perfect man, blonde Mark, depicting Ryan Gossling’s Ken doll. Then with pink, on pink, on pink, “B” printed clothing, and a pink steering wheel prop, the couple pulled off an easily identifiable Barbie world.

Following the Barbie shot, Kelly Ripa added another iconic scene. But this one, she nails without Mark Consuelos‘ help. Next, Kelly is seated in a red chair with her shoulders pulled back and one arm draped behind the backrest. She sat tall in a small, tight white mini-dress and white heels. Easily, her short-cut dress showcases her long lean legs. Additionally, she holds a cigarette to the side and wears a fixed, confident smirk on her face. Undoubtedly, shaping her hair and posing to look like the famous actress Sharon Stone in the 1992 film Basic Instinct. However, Kelly kept the scene PG by only suggesting the reference to the risque movie scene where the character later exposes what is beneath the dress.
Kelly And Mark Feel Like Dancing
In another behind-the-scenes photo, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos won’t let anyone put “Baby” in a corner. Specifically, Mark and Kelly perform the magical lift scene from Dirty Dancing. While Mark sports a shaggy blonde wig, he plays the role of Patrick Swayze’s Johnny Castle. Then he holds Kelly high in the air recreating Jennifer Grey’s character, Frances Houseman, gliding above the crowd.
