‘Mama June’ Money Was Sore Subject With Anna Cardwell

One thing that fans of the show know, is that June Shannon seems to love arguing with everyone. Notably, her daughters all seem keen on that as well. So, many a time, voices get raised in outrage. Various scenes showed Alana arguing with her mom about college, even though June seemed proud of her daughter.
Mama June: Family Crisis fans even saw arguments at the graduation after-party. Alana seemed ungrateful for her pink car. Plus, there were more arguments about whether she should get a scholarship or not. Anna Cardwell tried to be the peacemaker, but she later balked at talking to June Shannon about money for college.

Mama June Family Crisis – The Money Issues For College
The Sun reminded WeTV fans that Alana wanted to attend college, but she knew that it would cost money and the family might struggle to come up with it. At one time, she told her sister Pumpkin and her mom to stop arguing, and she would try for a scholarship. Well, Jessica, another sister chatted with Anna about it.
The outlet took note of Anna Cardwell speaking with Jessica on the WeTV show. In their article, they cited her as saying:
I love my family to death and everything like that but I am…when it comes to money talks and things like that, I don’t want any part of it, because been there, done that, got messy.
The Money Feud
The reluctance by the unwell daughter to discuss financial matters with June Shannon stemmed from a lawsuit back in 2015. She alleged that her mother withheld TLC earnings from the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo show. Of course, you might recall the reason why the show was axed. It came after June Shannon hooked up with Mark McDaniel who did time for molesting Anna.
Apparently, the accusation was that between TLC and June Shannon, Anna and her daughter, Kaitlyn lost close to half a million dollars.
