Mama June Shannon fans are demanding that she fix her eyes as they have become a huge distraction. Many know she loves utilizing social media. Yet, since her vision is atrocious, she struggles to read comments. Therefore, she is constantly bobbing toward the camera, often just showing her forehead. Fans and followers have watched Mama June Shannon on her live streams for a very long time. There are a few constants. One is that she is usually peddling or hustling items and merchandise. The second is that she is likely to use foul language for absolutely no reason. Finally, June is legally blind which is why she is never seen driving and her husband, Justin Stroud is always carting her around. Therefore, when she goes live, she tends to stay very close to the camera. So close, in fact, that all viewers see is her forehead and the top of her head as well as her rosy cheeks.

Mama June’s eyes. So she spent all this money on surgeries to male her physical appearance look better. She whines and complains about being blind in one eye and partially blind in the other. Why didn’t she get that fixed also? Anyone have any idea?
This is not something June chose as she had cataracts as a child. They went untreated so her right eye was shot. Her left eye had a retinal detachment but she did try four surgeries in an attempt to make things better. In order to see Pumpkin’s first child, Ella better, Mama June shared she had just undergone vision work. This is why her eyes are rarely open in most interviews.

- Probably not fixable. Not everything is especially hearing/eye sight.
- Depending on what the eye issue is but she has had eye surgery. My son is legally blind from inherited eye disease but also has cataracts so any eye surgery would not benefit him
- She didn’t spend a dime on any surgery. Where are you getting this at? They were FREE. PAID PROMOTIONS for the doctors
