It was a rough time for Jessa Duggar Seewald as she had previously suffered a miscarriage. Then, learning she was expecting her rainbow baby was a major moment for her and her husband, Ben. They did know the gender but opted to keep that between themselves until the baby was earthside. In the room with them was Jessa’s mother, Michelle Duggar. Luckily, baby boy Seewald was a healthy little man. She shared all of the immediate details on her YouTube channel with a glimpse on her Instagram.

The preview shows her holding her, whom they have named George Augustine Seewald, while her daughter sits in the hospital bed. Jessa is careful to hold “Gus” as Fern stares at him like he is her new present. At the beginning of the video, Ben brings all four kids to see Jessa, sharing the kids do not know if they have a brother or a sister. She also writes they have not even settled on a name at this point. The kids are thrilled to meet him and that makes Jessa’s heart melt even more.
They soon settled on George, Gus for short, and it was time to take the baby home after enjoying the quiet moments of peace. So, what did fans have to say about the video and the baby’s name?

A New Love
For Jessa Duggar Seewald, it seems that she had the perfect arrival for the holidays. Her kids absolutely gravitated to Gus and everyone noticed how Fern made him hers immediately. It will be fascinating to watch how they all grow together as a unit and if their family expands even more. For now, however, they are just soaking up the beautiful baby cuddles and all of the love they are receiving.
