But if they had known that the All My Children actor had been arrested, they might have booed harder. Actually, it seemed like people were just joking around and even Kelly laughed about it.

Why Was Kelly Ripa’s Husband Mark Consuelos Arrested?
The Sun reported on Sunday this weekend, that the Live Kelly co-host hadn’t yet appeared on All My Children when he came face-to-face with the law. In their article, the outlet noted, “Kelly Ripa’s husband had a run-in with the law years before finding fame on the small screen.” Interestingly, not long ago, one of the episodes revealed throwback photos and clips of Mark when he was much younger.
Mark Consuelos didn’t look like butter would melt in his mouth in his younger years. However, the young man “was arrested for underage possession of alcohol when he was 19.” Citing the police report that the outlet obtained, people learned that Kelly Ripa’s now hubby “was busted with a 12 oz. Miller Draft Beer in a Tampa, Florida parking lot at 12:10 am with another man on February 23, 1991.”

Mark Consuelos was busted for drinking alcohol underage and the outlet said that the police “seized the beverage and impounded a sample of same for evidence. The defendant was charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage by a person under the age of 21.” However, records show that Hillsborough County Court listed him as “nolle processed, which means he was not prosecuted.”
Witnesses backed up the story of the two young men drinking alcohol. So, it’s not clear why prosecutors dropped the case.
Although the outlet reached out to a rep for the Live with Kelly and Mark star, it seems that Mark Consuelos might prefer to keep quiet about his arrest. The Sun claims that they got no response when they queried the incident.
