Southern Charm Cast Experiences Devastating Death
2023 has been a hard year for the cast of Southern Charm. At the beginning of the year, Olivia Flowers’ brother, Conner, passed away at the age of 32. Then, in June, Taylor Ann Green shared that her brother, Worth, had also passed away. He was just 36 at the time that he died so this was very hard. Now, show alum, Thomas Ravenel is the one with the heartbreaking news. He took to Twitter to share that his sweet mother has left this Earth today at 94 years young.

She was just five years shy of turning 95 but he honored her with the sweetest throwback photo of the two of them. Immediately, followers came through with condolences.

Thomas Ravenel starred on Southern Charm for the first five seasons of the hit Bravo series. He did come back as a guest star but was given the boot for good. Furthermore, he was in a relationship with his co-star, Kathryn Dennis with whom he had two children. However, that has been a subject of much controversy and did completely fall apart. Yet, fans of the show will always associate him with the jumpstart of the series so this death does hit hard.
A Hard Year For Thomas
Aside from all of the Southern Charm passings and Thomas Ravenel losing his mother, he was also in bad shape earlier this year. He had been in a polo accident that left him severely banged up. Ravenel, 61, experienced punctured lungs. Additionally, he broke seven bones but it seems he has broken these same bones before. No worries, though as he was in good spirits and on the mend. Sadly, now he has another wound that will take much longer to recover from. Hopefully, the love from his children and friends will make it much easier though this is never easy.
