Tragic breaking news for fans of Southern Charm as actress Taylor Ann Green’s brother Richard Worthington Green (better known simply as Worth) has been confirmed dead at the age of 36. Has his cause of death been revealed just yet? Keep reading for the tragic details.

Southern Charm: Taylor Ann Green’s Brother, Worth, Dead At 36

It was Taylor Ann Green’s sister Catie King who first confirmed the tragic news at the beginning of the week via Instagram when she shared a series of pictures of their brother. Her post also revealed that he passed away last week on June 8th. Tragically, he passed away just days after celebrating his 36th birthday on June 2nd.

She penned in her Instagram post with a heartbroken emoji: “You are the best big brother I could have ever asked for. This family will never be the same.”

To date, it does not appear as if Taylor has posted anything in public regarding the death of her brother. Moreover, his cause of death has yet to be made public.

His obituary, however, reveals he was a guy with a huge heart that had so much love to give and will be eternally missed by all his loved ones.

Life Has Been Hard For This Family

Unfortunately, life hasn’t been easy for Taylor Ann Green and her siblings. About six years ago, her sister Catie King was diagnosed with two different types of ovarian cancer. Catie spent the next few months fighting and “kicked *ss.” Suddenly, Taylor’s sister and her husband had hope they would be able to start a family. Sadly, about a year ago, Catie King’s cancer came back. Taylor pinned this update from a year ago and encouraged her followers to head over to her sister’s Instagram page if they were interested in following her fight.

Taylor penned in her post: “I know I’m biased but, she truly is the most incredible, fun-loving, genuine human with the most beautiful and kind heart on this planet; she’s by far one of the biggest hero’s in my life. I love you so much, sis♥️Now let’s show this cancer who is boss.”

His family has a funeral service scheduled for Worth this coming weekend.
