It’s the hottest ticket in town and fans want a ticket. Now, they’re placing bets on who the singer will date next since she never stays single for long.

On Saturday evening (April 8), news broke that Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn ended their long-term relationship. The two met in 2017 and have been infatuated with each other since. Taylor met the British actor in the midst of her feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. She was also facing public backlash during the time.

By then, the general public was fed up with Taylor. They had enough of seeing and hearing about her after the success of her first-ever pop album, 1989. Then, she ended up in a new feud with Kim and Kanye over the rapper’s “Famous” music video. Taylor split from ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris and ended up in a whirlwind romance with Tom Hiddleston.

In between, she met Joe who kept her grounded. The former couple even made music together. Taylor credited Joe on a few songs on her surprise album, Folklore. Over the years, the “Anti-Hero” singer won over the public. She has one of the most popular tours in town. So, what happened to her relationship with Joe?

Sources say that Taylor Swift and Joe’s breakup wasn’t “dramatic.” They just grew apart. The timing was right as she was embarking on her big tour. Entertainment Tonight was the first to break the news on Saturday.

“It was not dramatic,” an insider told ET. “The relationship had just run its course. It’s why [Joe] hasn’t been spotted at any shows.”

The couple was extremely private during their relationship. An insider told People weeks ago that they were “doing great” and their “relationship is super strong.” Despite not joining her on tour, Joe was still super supportive of her career. He became her “rock” over the years.

Taylor Swift is on a break from her tour. Per The U.S. Sun, she flew to Liverpool to film a Batman-inspired music video starring actress Joey King. Meanwhile, fans are looking forward to both a breakup album and the release of Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). They’re also placing bets on who Taylor will date next since she has an active dating history.

She spent most of her career dating. The longest she stayed single was in the midst of her 1989 album era, during which she became close friends with her model squad.
