Ali Fedotowsky recently painted Jake Gyllenhaal as a rude monster.
Bachelorette alum Ali Fedotowsky was a recent guest on an episode of a podcast called Women On Top. During her guest appearance on the show, she spilled some pipping hot tea on the actor, Jake Gyllenhaal. More to the point, she warned she was about to “Taylor Swift” the actor.

Ali Fedotowsky “Taylor Swifts” Jake Gyllenhaal As Rude Monster
As fans who have followed Ali Fedotowsky know, she used to be a news correspondent for E! News. During her time as a correspondent, she frequently stood on the red carpet and interviewed various celebrities. One interview opportunity in particular that has stuck with the former Bachelorette over the years is the one with Jake Gyllenhaal.
Now, Ali prefaced the pipping hot tea she was about to spill by warning that she was going to “Taylor Swift” the actor. Basically, this meant the ABC personality was going to spill the beans on the actor in a similar manner as the way Taylor Swift has done in some of her songs.
Ali Fedotowsky recalled shaking in her heels with nerves as Jake arrived to walk down the red carpet. She recalled thinking to herself she was going to “kill it” during this interview as she waited for his approach. Unfortunately, Ali quickly learned that Jake Gyllenhaal was too cool for interviews and his rudeness left her in tears.
I’m shaking in my heels — which, I’m horrible in heels — and I say to him, ‘Hi, Jake who’d you bring tonight?’ Like, for a date, like, who’s your date tonight? He goes ‘bye bye’ and walked away from me. I looked back at the camera, my producer, and I started crying.”
At that moment, Ali Fedotowsky recalled her heart sinking. She assumed she would be fired for not getting the movie star to answer a question for her. Things changed and she felt a bit better when she watched the actor proceed to treat another reporter just as coldly.
This wasn’t a job she enjoyed
Unfortunately, dealing with cranky celebrities came with the territory of this particular job. Ali admitted it was the “least favorite” job she had ever endured. Moreover, the former Bachelorette admits this was a “soul-sucking” job.
