The Watch What Happens Live host made an appearance on the Today Show earlier this week. He confessed to Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie that he lied to them. They were scared when he told them what caused him to fib. He made an appearance on the morning show to talk about his new book.

Andy admitted that fatherhood has changed him, which inspired him to write his new book. Hoda and Savannah are good friends with the Bravo EVP. They even talk to each other outside the show. However, Andy shared that he hasn’t been honest with them. The duo were scared about what he was about to say.

Hoda and Savannah congratulated him on the news of his new book. They both read some parts of it and agreed that it was “hilarious.” Savannah mentioned Hoda’s “appearances” in the book. Andy Cohen looked pleased with all the attention on his book. Then, he expressed remorse and admitted that he “lied to them on Thanksgiving.”

The confession in his new book, which they have yet to read. Hoda and Savannah gave each other confused expressions. Andy said that the lie took place on “television.” He casually mentioned that they will have to find out for themselves. This was also a teaser for the fans to check out what he said.

Hoda waved him off and said, “Okay, well thanks for coming.” Andy Cohen noted that she’s “still rocking those bracelets.” She playfully whacked him with her notes and said, “Always for you.” He asked her, “What’s it gonna take?” to get rid of her bracelets, but he added that he “loves” them.

Now, fans are curious to see what Andy Cohen had to say about Hoda and Savannah in his new book. He chronicled his life in a diary and realized that it would be great material for his next book. Andy started writing about his life shortly after he blasted former Mayor Bill de Blasio during the 2021 New Year’s Eve special.

His new book is titled The Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up. He reflected on fatherhood and everything in between. Andy Cohen loves being a father and has said it’s kept him “grounded.” He wants to continue sharing his life with fans as he matures.
