On Saturday, February 4, Ryan Seacrest posted two new photos of himself in the kitchen. The first one featured him cutting up green vegetables on a large wooden cutting board. Ryan wore a gray long-sleeved shirt underneath a navy blue apron. He also had a white towel draped over his left shoulder.

The television personality looked focused on perfecting his dish. He had a wide variety of knives spread out in front of him. In the next photo, Ryan unveiled his finished dish. In his Instagram post, he shared that he made a simple kale salad.

“However, you slice it, my new chef’s knife set is being put to good use,” Ryan Seacrest wrote in the caption. “Lunch is a kale salad with tahini dressing and snapper with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs.”
