Amy Robach And TJ Holmes Suspended Following Daily Mail Photos

The Daily Mail broke the story with photos of TJ Holmes and Amy Robach engaging in several acts of PDA. Since then, they were both suspended from Good Morning America. That hasn’t stopped them from being spotted out in public together.

On top of that, TJ Holmes and his wife Marilee Fiebig officially filed for divorce this week. As things continue to unravel, it has become clear to execs at ABC that a replacement will need to be found. Of course, they are looking at the other most popular morning talk show running: The Today Show.

GMA Execs Look To Today Hosts To Fill Their Shoes

“T.J. and Amy’s situation creates a big headache and bosses have an even bigger task — they’ve got to discreetly find out which talent is logistically poachable while weighing the best potential fit,” a source told Radar Online.

While TJ Holmes and Amy Robach have not been officially fired, they will remain on suspension until an internal investigation is completed. During that time, however, the show must go on. So, the execs are approaching several of the Today co-hosts to see who might be interested in the job.

Thus far, Hoda Kotb, Savannah Guthrie, Carson Daly, and Jenna Bush Hager have all been approached by GMA executives. Most of these hosts likely have clauses in their contracts that prevent them from working with rival shows. However, the executives at GMA are positive they can find a loophole.

At the same time, the network hasn’t made an official decision on what to do about Amy and TJ. Fans have been vocal about wanting to see the couple back on the morning show. Simultaneously, others have spoken up loudly about how they publicly cheated on their spouses.

What do you think? Should GMA fire TJ Holmes and Amy Robach or let them come back? Let us know what you think in the comments!

  1. This is a family show and should not have ever happen . Your employees were evening talking about they think some thing is going on with the to of them . The employees could tell but members of management could not . And both still married this does not look go for the show they knew what they were doing and it was wrong they need to go

    1. I agree. Holmes and Robach must go. These two have no morals. One is an insatiable slut. Pair that with a stallion on steroid, and you have LUST GALORE.
