Amy Halterman 24th Week Pregnancy Update: Difficult Cravings
Amy Halterman has always been really open with fans regarding her health journey. Now that she’s expecting her second son, she’s more than happy to share updates on the baby’s progress.
Since her latest pregnancy journey began, Amy started posting updates from her pregnancy app. She tells fans about how big the baby is at the moment and how he’s developing. But now that she’s hit the 24th week of her pregnancy, Amy is really struggling with cravings.

Amy Halterman just wants to eat one particular food right now
In Amy’s newest baby update, she revealed that her little one is about the size of an ear of corn. According to her pregnancy app, he’s developing his respiratory system at the moment. The app also advised that Amy should be on the lookout for preterm labor symptoms. The TLC star isn’t due until July, but it’s always a good idea to be prepared.
But what about those cravings?
“24 weeks baby!!!” Amy captioned her recent Instagram post. “I [am] craving tomatoes but they gave me heartburn.”
Throughout 1000-Lb. Sisters, Amy Halterman and Tammy Slaton struggled to stick to a healthy diet. Fans are pleased that Amy is craving a healthy snack like a tomato, but it’s really unfortunate they’re causing heartburn.
The comments were overwhelmingly positive and supportive on the post. One fan even suggested that Amy try yellow tomatoes to help her cravings, as they aren’t quite as acidic as red tomatoes.

In previous pregnancy posts, Amy Halterman announced that she was starting to feel uncomfortable. Spring just began, but the weather is getting warmer and Amy is heavily pregnant. It’s not hard to see why she might be uncomfortable in her condition.
Amy and her husband Michael Halterman haven’t revealed their new son’s name yet, but we do know he will be here in July. The weather is only going to get hotter from here on out. Amy may have a few more uncomfortable days ahead of her.
In the meantime, fans can still enjoy posts from the TLC star. She often posts photos of her family, including photos of Gage. He will be two this fall and 1000-Lb. Sisters fans really enjoy seeing him grow up before their very eyes.
