‘DWTS’ Wants Kylie Jenner To Co-Host?
Is it possible that DWTS will add a new cohost if it comes back for Season 31? Rumors are currently circling that ABC wants Kylie Jenner or another celeb with star power to join Tyra Banks onstage.
Seasoned Dancing With The Stars fans aren’t exactly in love with Tyra Banks’ hosting so far. After two seasons, several fans are leaving the show behind. Some sources even allege that Tyra Banks is responsible for the lower ratings. But would a new cohost help the situation at all?
DWTS execs may want Kylie Jenner to co-host, but there are other names in consideration
If you ask most DWTS fans, they will say they want Tom Bergeron to return. However, he made it abundantly clear that won’t happen. Network executives are going to look elsewhere for a co-host. But could Kylie Jenner be the right fit?
The Sun reports that the executives at ABC are strongly considering adding someone else to the show to work alongside Tyra Banks. She just didn’t bring in the viewers as they previously hoped. DWTS viewers have a wide variety of reasons for tuning out these days. Several feel that Tyra makes the show about her. Others don’t love the frequent costume changes. No matter what the reasons are, execs can no longer ignore that fans just aren’t happy.
The Sun goes on to say that Kylie Jenner is up for consideration alongside Michael Strahan, Jimmy Kimmel, RuPaul, LeVar Burton, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Anthony Anderson.
We also previously reported that Season 29 champion Kaitlyn Bristowe might like to have a shot at the hosting gig.

It’s possible the 24-year-old may not be up to the challenge quite yet
Keep in mind that Kylie Jenner just had a baby. If Dancing With The Stars does return for Season 31 this fall, it’s possible Kylie might not be ready to host. On top of that, her family is going through a lot right now between the Kim/Kanye divorce.
But at the end of the day, anything is possible and it’s all just speculation for the time being. We don’t even know for sure if ABC will renew Dancing With The Stars for Season 31 yet.
