Jon Gosselin Claims Kate Gosselin Caused ‘Parent Alienation’
Jon and Kate Plus 8 alum, Jon Gosselin hasn’t spoken to his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin for years. This week, he spoke about the estrangement of six of his eight kids, and claimed that Kate had caused “parent alienation.” It also emerged that the TLC alum’s daughter, Hannah Gosselin, who lives with him tried breaking the divide.

The dad of the sextuplets, Collin, Hannah, Aaden, Alexis, Joel, and Leah, is also the dad of the twins Cara and Mady, (23.) In 2021, TLC fans heard that both Collin and Hannah lived with him. However, the other kids all keep their distance. Recall, that Jon got Collin out of an institution, and just about spent his last dollar proving there was nothing wrong with him.
Jon Gosselin is proud of Collin who went on and joined the Marines. Meanwhile, Hannah grew up into a beautiful and intelligent young woman. Time marched on, but according to their dad, Kate Gosselin is still stuck in time. As far as he’s concerned, she should get a life and get a real job. But, is it too late for his estranged children to get closer to their dad?

Kate Gosselin Last Spoke To Jon Six Years Ago
On Thursday, the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 dad spoke out on The Domenick Nati Show. Interestingly, he mentioned that his ex and his estranged kids communicated with his girlfriend, Stephanie Labo. And, it was arranged by Hannah. However, they still don’t speak with him
In his conversation on the podcast, which you can watch further down in this article, Jon Gosselin elaborated on alienation. He said:
I don’t know if it’s brainwashing. I think it’s maybe parent alienation [where] you’re swaying someone. Some people just can’t not be alone, so they’ll do anything or if they have the means, they’re going to sway their children or whoever is in their life to not go with the other parent.
Talking about Hannah and Collin, although they lived with him, the TLC alum feels bad about his son. He added, ”
Hannah chose to live with me so that was different, and Collin was awarded to me. He didn’t really have a choice, and I think sometimes he feels slighted on that, like, he didn’t even have the opportunity to choose. But, I mean, I think everything worked out for both of them the best.
All of the kids are now adults and yet it seems that alienating Jon from the kids worked in Kate’s favor. Perhaps they might never reach out to him. It has been a long time since Jon and Kate Gosselin last talked to each other. That happened during a 2018 court hearing.
