Jesse Palmer Reveals Who Should Be ‘Golden Bachelorette’
As Bachelor Nation fans eagerly await an official announcement, franchise host Jesse Palmer reveals his picks for the first-ever Golden Bachelorette. Keep reading for his choices, plus his hilarious reaction to Joey Graziadei’s recent screw-up.
Is Chris Harrison Returning To Hosting Job?
It’s been nearly three years since long-time Bachelor Nation host Chris Harrison left the franchise. He officially quit as host in June 2021 after initially taking a step back. The move came amid controversy regarding his defense of Bachelor Season 25 contestant Rachael Kirkconnell’s alleged racist behavior.
Bachelorettes Kaitlyn Bristowe and Tayshia Adams temporarily filled in as host until ABC chose a permanent one. They went with Jesse Palmer, who was The Bachelor lead in 2004. Just as the former football player has settled into the hosting role, is Chris Harrison eyeing a comeback?
The former host recently expressed surprise after finding out that some fans hate him. In response, he teased a return to television, though he didn’t give specifics. It’s safe to assume that Jesse Palmer’s job isn’t in jeopardy at the moment.
Jesse Palmer Reveals Who Should Be Golden Bachelorette
The network announced last month that a Golden Bachelorette spinoff is coming to TV later this year. The news follows the hugely successful senior dating Golden Bachelor season. Jesse Palmer will host the spinoff as well as the other shows in the franchise.
With everyone from fans to Drew Barrymore throwing names into the hat for Golden Bachelorette lead, what does Jesse Palmer think? He spoke to E! News this week about all things Bachelor Nation.
According to Jesse, the first-ever Golden Bachelorette should be someone fans have already met on Gerry Turner’s season of Golden Bachelor. Who does he specifically think would be the right choice?
The host told the outlet that any of the ASKN ladies would be perfect. April Kirkwood, Susan Noles, Kathy Swarts, and Nancy Hulkower make up the Golden Girls gang. But Kathy Swarts might be out of the running after a recent injury.
Jesse Palmer also name-dropped Golden Bachelor runner-up Leslie Fhima and contestant Joan Vassos, who self-eliminated early in the season due to a family emergency.
Bachelor Nation Host Has Hilarious Reaction To Joey Graziadei’s Screw-Up
Golden Bachelorette chatter aside, Jesse Palmer also addressed current Bachelor lead Joey Graziadei’s viral screw-up. During an interview on Live With Kelly and Mark, the 28-year-old said he didn’t know who famed talk show host Kathie Lee Gifford is. The statement left the audience booing and Joey red-faced.
When asked for his response, all Jesse Palmer could do was cover his face with his hands and apologize.

Don’t want it to be anyone from previous shows
Choose someone new.
Boring to watch people we’ve already seen.
That goes for all the four shows.
There are plenty of people to choose from.
