Hope Valley Days: A Hearties Reunion Get Special ‘WCTH’ Treat!

Over the weekend, some lucky WCTH fans attended Hope Valley Days: A Hearties Reunion. These Hearties have shared some special moments from the fan event and allowed other fans to live vicariously through them.

Moreover, these devoted Hearties also got a special treat from some members of the When Calls The Heart cast!

Hope Valley Days: A Hearties Reunion Is A WCTH Fan Event

On Friday and Saturday, WCTH fans attended the special fan event called Hope Valley Days: A Hearties Reunion.

Participating in this event was a huge deal. That is because the last time they held this Heartie event was in 2019. Because of the worldwide pandemic, the event was canceled for two years straight. Therefore, 2022 was a special return to Hope Valley.

Friday Events Included Goodies, Welcome Party

According to the official itinerary, on Friday, participants arrived in the Vancouver area. They got a swag bag filled with a lot of WCTH-related treasures. This included books, a calendar, coffee tumblers, a lanyard, and more.

According to Bucas Louchard’s Twitter post, this included a lined notebook with a cover from A Single Mother On The Frontier by Elizabeth Thornton. What a treasure!

Afterward, attendees went to one of two Hearties’ scheduled welcome parties.

At the party, fans got to meet When Calls The Heart author, Janette Oke. In addition, the show co-creators Brian Bird, and Michael Landon Jr., as well as Patty Bird were also at the event.

Saturday Event For WCTH Fans Was Trip To Hope Valley

On Saturday, the group was bussed over to the site of Hope Valley. The WCTH fans were able to visit all the sets including Elizabeth’s classroom, the jail, the Coulter home, and more.

However, this was just the beginning. The attendees got a huge surprise. Several members of the cast were there, and they answered questions.

In attendance was Erin Krakow, Jack Wagner, Pascale Hutton, Kavan Smith, Chris McNally, Kevin McGarry, Natasha Burnett, Viv Leacock, and Andrea Brooks.

Also, the Hope Valley children appeared at the event.

WCTH Cast Shared Several Photos

The WCTH cast members who attended the event took a few photos and shared them on their social media. They started to film When Calls The Heart Season 10 in mid-July. However, there have not been a lot of BTS photos so far this year. Therefore, Hearties appreciated the photos.

Pascale Hutton went to Twitter to share a selfie with the attendees in the background. She wrote, “Thanks for letting me crash your party Hearties!!!! #hfr #WCTH #Season10
