Jacob Roloff Creates ‘Core Memories’ With Son Mateo
Jacob Roloff, formerly on Little People, Big World keeps his son, Mateo’s face hidden on social media. However, he does post about him, and this weekend, he shared about an adventure that they enjoyed. He and his wife Isabel had something planned since the birth of Mateo in December 2021. Finally, the TLC alum got the chance to do it.
Jacob Roloff & Isabel Took Some Heat
TLC fans were used to LPBW stars sharing lots of photos of their kids on social media. Audrey Roloff and her sister-in-law, Tori never had a problem with it. In fact, the content of their kids pretty much helps them make a living as influencers. However, Jacob was different. he wanted nothing to do with invading his son’s privacy.
Jacob Roloff and Isabel initially took a lot of heat for hiding their baby’s face. However, more people do it these days, including Jill Dillard. As time goes by, TLC fans respect their decision. And when they do get a glimpse of Mateo, people feel grateful that they get to see anything of him at all.

Little People, Big World Alum Has Fun With Mateo
On Friday, Amy Roloff’s youngest son took to his Instagram and shared photos of Mateo, his wife Isabel. and other members of the Roloff family. The LPBW family enjoyed time with Amy’s dad, Gordon Knight. In his caption, the former TLC star said:
Been wanting to take Mateo to Mackinac Island since he was born. To see great grandpa Knight and Lake Michigan and the cabin. Special times. Core memories. My grandpa is 95 and so sharp, so active and capable and funny. Still driving and calling and walking and joking and drinking. He rode the ferry with us to the island and walked about a mile total today. He people-watched while we biked. Had enough energy to get home to the cabin and say “I think I’ll go see the rest of em down at the deck.”… That’s 62 steps down to the deck and beach…Can’t believe I leave in a few days. I wish I could stay forever. Always next year…
