‘Welcome To Plathville’ Season 6 Clip Teases Shocking Changes
Finally, the long-awaited Welcome To Plathville teaser is available for Season 6! Along with it comes shocking new changes for the Plath family. Seemingly, some tough answers are given to the Season 5 drama that concluded in December 2023.
Welcome To Plathville Returns
Undeniably, Welcome To Plathville Season 5 had plenty of drama to explore. With Kim and Barry Plath calling it quits after 25 years of marriage, it was a season of transition. Likewise, Ethan and Olivia Plath were navigating their turbulent marriage. With the feud between Kim and Olivia not resolving, they realized they had too many differing opinions on family and politics. At the conclusion of Season 5, they chose to end their marriage as well.
Throughout the season there were ups and downs with most of the Plath kids trying to find their way in the world. Likewise, each one of them was facing the fact their parents were divided. Furthermore, Kim was moving on to dating a new guy, Ken Palmer, and even was toying with the idea of living with him. But Season 6 promises to be full of bonds, heartbreak, and fresh starts.

With a new sneak peek of Welcome To Plathville Season 6, fans get a snippet of the drama to come this season. During the two-minute clip, it gives a quick glimpse of the big life changes in the lives of the Plath family. Admittedly, Kim Plath says, “The last couple months have really been a time of transition.” While Kim and Barry Plath have both altered their course when leaving the marriage, Kim’s perspective is, “I’m not real sure Barry has loosened up as much as I have.”
Then, it flashes to a scene where Kim is showing Moriah Plath how to lure in a man. She asserts, “Go over to the guy, grab his tie, and then pull him.”
Additionally, in other parts of the Welcome To Plathville clip, Kim is riding an ATV and showing her wild side drinking at the bar. Even Lydia Plath joins the girls for a drink, with her drink of choice being a “shot of chocolate milk.” But it wasn’t all free-spirited Kim in the preview. Ethan Plath reunites with the family, but Kim says, “There are a whole bunch of things I’d love to talk to Ethan about.”
Ethan And Olivia Plath Navigate New Territory
Also teased in the Welcome To Plathville sneak peek was the follow-up to Ethan and Olivia Plath’s separation. Both newly single people are entering the dating world again. Undeniably, it is a struggle for both Olivia and Ethan to “get back out there.” Admittedly, Olivia says, “Dating after marrying the first guy that you ever even held hands with is wild.”
Similarly, Ethan says, “It’s intimidating a little bit to approach a beautiful woman.” Although Ethan and Olivia are separated, the video shows them attempting to sort through the tangled hurt from the relationship. Many of the dividing factors had roots in the Plath family disapproving of Olivia. While discussing their issues, Olivia says, “Between me or your family, you were going to pick your family.” But Ethan immediately confronts her with, “That’s because you made me choose.” Ethan asks Olivia, “How can you move on so easily after seven years?” She simply replies, “Who said it was easy?”
Micah Plath Talks About Life
Additionally, the Welcome To Plathville tease shows that Micah Plath is done wearing shirts. He refuses to do any more interviews if he has to wear one. However, that wasn’t the most shocking news, the playboy is putting down roots. Micah talks about moving to Florida with his new girlfriend. However, he is hesitant to let fans in because he has watched what that did to his siblings’ relationships.
Moriah Plath Is Deep In Heartache
Lately, Moriah Plath has talked about heartbreak through her music. Likewise, Moriah is struggling with heartache in the video. Fans can see her bury her face in her mother’s arms as she cries. Then, she offers a vague message about the pain. She says, “Bad things happen, and sometimes you get hurt and sometimes you hurt people.” Furthermore, Olivia and Moriah Plath take time to talk as well. They sit down together and try to reconnect. But Olivia’s main point for Moriah is, “I really did love your brother.”
