Khloe Kardashian has repulsed fans with a lewd joke about her son, Tatum Thompson whom she shares with Tristan Thompson. The former couple welcomed their son via surrogate in July 2022. It was not easy for Khloe Kardashian to deal with the surrogacy experience. She went into it with someone she thought she was her forever. Unfortunately, shortly after the embryo was implanted, she learned that her man, Tristan Thompson had impregnated someone else. This broke her heart and she now had to deal with a whole pregnancy process while doing it alone. Plus, Khloe was dealing with the ultimate betrayal, not that she had not been in this position before. She had it play out on The Kardashians and she was honest that she was not connecting with this baby.

A large part had to do with the fact that she was not carrying it and she was struggling with Tristan. Now, she has opened up even further on a podcast called SHE MD. According to The Sun, Khloe started joking about Tatum and the uncanny resemblance he has to her brother, Rob Kardashian. Additionally, her son acts very much like Rob so she wondered if maybe he had made a donation and there was a mixup. She shared this:

“My son looks just like my brother. Because he was an IVF baby or a surrogate baby, I was like, ‘Rob, have you ever donated sperm somewhere?'”

Along with that, Khloe Kardashian proceeded to have Tristan take three paternity tests which he clearly did not care for. Seems she would rather be safe than sorry:

“In this family, that would not surprise me, but that would be so disgusting.”

Of course, fans who heard this were shocked and repulsed by the thought even crossing Khloe’s mind:

Though Khloe Kardashian may have been poking fun at what fans and even her family had been saying about the resemblance, it may have been too much information for fans. Though they love Khloe and how transparent she has been, this was not something they expected her to actually consider and then go and share with the public. In the end, it seems her fears were put aside and Tristan Thompson is the father. He seems pretty proactive and despite Khloe’s initial apprehension, she has fallen in love with Tatum.
