‘Today’ Hoda Kotb Shares More Details About Her New Man
Hoda Kotb was spotted out and about with a mystery man and on Wednesday, Laura Jarret got her to open up a bit more about him while working for the Today Show. Fans of the talk show seem keen on the story because they probably still recall her excitement about the engagement ring that she got from Joel Schiffman in 2019. That relationship ended in 2022, and those who love her want to see her with someone else.

When the news arrived about a new man in the talk show host’s life, it came as a surprise to her fans. For two years, she wasn’t dating, as she found some peace of mind without her long-term partner. Naturally, splitting hurts, but she seemed to strongly hint that they were still amicable, as she mentioned how nice people can go their separate ways.
Hoda Kotb hit the headlines for her new mystery man less than two weeks ago, so any new information keeps her Today followers happy. Out in New York City on a date, they seemed to be relaxed with each other. Her date news arrived via the Kelly Clarkson Show, but it didn’t sound as if she had instantly found a new soul mate. So, fans wondered if any further development would happen.

On The Today Show, Laura Jarrett Pushed For More
So far, fans heard that the date was set up by someone who knows both of them. It was her co-host Jenna Bush Hager who arranged the date. And, it seems that she might have been out with him three times. Going on a date with someone arranged by a friend seemed like a sensible idea. Of course, there is the possibility something might not click, but a friend seems unlikely to miss the mark completely.
While Hoda Kotb seems slow to dish too much on her new interest, little bits slip out. When she appeared on a pre-taping of “Never Have I Ever” for Today With Hoda & Jenna, The Sun reported that “Laura Jarret” stood in for Jenna. So, she took the opportunity to try and pry a few more details about the dating scene. After she heard Hoda mention a “blind date,” the outlet cited Laura as asking:
Wait, wait, wait. How did that go?
The Today host replied, explaining how Jenna Bush Hager set it up for her. Apparently, Jenner moves in the same circles as both Hoda and her blind date.
