Bachelor Star Banished From Traitors
Peter Weber was one of the contestants on Season 2 of The Traitors. His return to reality TV came four years after he was on The Bachelor. The major moves he made on the Peacock reality competition took viewers by surprise. Unfortunately, Peter was banished before making it to the finals.
He recently chatted with Entertainment Weekly about his time on The Traitors. Peter revealed that the only co-stars he knew of before the show were DWTS pro Maks Chmerkovskiy and Real Housewives alum Phaedra Parks.
The outlet asked if the former Bachelor hoped to prove he was more than “just a pretty face.” Peter seemed a bit taken aback by the question. “I guess people thought that I’m very dumb or whatnot,” he said.
The airline pilot defended himself, saying, “It’s not necessarily easy to go become a pilot and go through all the school and in the training for that. For me, I’ve always had that confidence in myself and the trust in my intuition and my gut and strategy.”
He concluded, “I didn’t surprise myself, but I guessed I surprised a lot of people.”

Another thing that surprised viewers was rumors that he was dating Traitors co-star Ekin-Su. US viewers may not be familiar with her before the Peacock show, but she’s a pretty big deal in the UK. The actress-slash-model won fans over as a contestant on Love Island UK.
She didn’t last long on The Traitors, but online rumors suggest she won over Peter Weber, too. Ekin-Su was murdered in Episode 4 but reunited with the rest of the cast for the reunion episode. Peter Weber’s famously meddling mother ignited the dating rumors by hanging out with Ekin-Su sans Peter.
So, did Peter Weber finally find love after failing miserably on the Bachelor shows? There’s good news and bad news. The bad news is Peter denied dating Ekin-Su, but the good news is he’s still single.
He told the outlet that he has “all love in the world” for his Traitors co-star. “But we’re just really good friends. That’s the honest truth of where we’re at,” he added.
Does that mean viewers might see him again as The Bachelor? Sadly, no. Peter said, “That ship has sailed for me. I don’t think I had too much luck with that, so no.” But there’s still a chance he’ll pop up on another reality show in the future.
