When Sister Wives stars Kody, Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn Brown’s plural marriage ended, the Coyote Pass plans shifted. Although the family had many plans to build and develop the land, the marriage’s demise complicated the matter. But viewers see clues making them think Kody and Robyn Brown have sold their mansion and moved.

With all the changes from the original Sister Wives‘ Brown family, the sale of Coyote Pass seemingly is inevitable. Since Kody and Robyn Brown are now practicing monogamy, the original dream is a thought of the past. Recently, Mykelti Brown stirred up speculation about the sale of Coyote Pass. While it seems plausible in some aspects with the idea that the property taxes were piling up quickly, she was theorizing. However, sightings of Kody and Robyn keep coming in from the Phoenix area leading fans to believe they may have already moved.
Sister Wives Viewers Wonder If Kody And Robyn Brown Have Sold Their Mansion
On Reddit, Sister Wives‘ fans started a conversation discussing a Kody sighting at the mall. But the main focus of the discussion was how often Kody and Robyn Brown have been spotted in Chandler. Since Chandler is approximately a three-hour drive from Flagstaff, fans are wondering if they have sold their mansion and moved.
- One fan comments, “I really am suspicious that they’ve moved to Chandler. I know I know they haven’t sold the mansion. BUT I just don’t see a world where they GET CAUGHT in Chandler this much without living there. Listen, it’s not possible that someone from this sub is present and reporting EVERY TIME they are in the PHX Metro area. So they must be going a lot more than is even posted here. My parents live 3 hours away. I make THAT drive less than Kody and Robyn make the Flag-PHX drive. Shopping is just not a reasonable explanation at this point. If they haven’t moved, they have ownership of a business at that mall or something. It’s the only explanation.”
Kody And Robyn Brown Spend A Lot Of Time At The Mall
Undoubtedly, people are noticing the high frequency of mall visits for Kody and Robyn Brown. Some Sister Wives viewers speculate that they are there for other reasons. Furthermore, they suggest the possibility of business or attending the area gun show.
- “They have gun shows in Phoenix often at the fairgrounds. There was one this weekend.”
- Although plural marriage doesn’t seem to be working for Kody and Robyn Brown, there’s always the potential for a new wife. One user suggests, “Or is it possible he’s courting someone who lives there and is making the trip like he did with Robyn?”

Mykelti Brown discussed that she believed that the property was already sold, however, the public record doesn’t indicate that it has happened. However, it would not show if contract negotiations are still in process. But fans are hearing and seeing clues of a move even if the mansion is still in their name.

- “I thought yesterday or the day before they were at a Subaru dealer in Flagstaff as well, but what you’re saying makes sense, constant back-and-forth or some sort of business in one town.”
- “There was a post awhile ago..don’t remember when…but this woman and her friend were in Flagstaff and did a little mini SW tour for fun. Went to the places they’d seen on the show – including Salsa Brava and one of the waitresses told her they’d moved. It was to a small nearby town, not Phx area per the waitress but maybe there was a bit of truth to it.”
