Next, things get a little more complicated in The Way Home Season 2, Episode 2. Firstly, this episode is called “Hanging By A Moment.” What happens? According to the synopsis, “In her quest to find Jacob and bring him home, new people become part of Kat’s journey but whether they’re a help or a hindrance remains to be seen. In the past, Alice tries to make peace with Elliot but things remain tenuous with him in the present. Del considers the future of Landry Farm and seeks Elliot’s support for an ambitious proposal.”
Del Tells Elliot ‘Love Is Complicated Enough’

While no details are mentioned about this situation, she asks him to not discuss this conversation with anyone. She says, “I want to keep this land proposal between us for now.” This means one more secret for Elliot to carry.
However, Elliott reveals to Del that he saw his father in Mexico. Del expected this, as he sent a card from Mexico. She asked, “How is Victor?” Without explaining any back details, the two looked at each other. Victor is the same as always. Moreover, that is not unexpected.
Lastly, the conversation ends with Del giving Elliot some sage advice. “You know, travel can give you a new perspective on things like friendships, and relationships. Don’t overthink it, Elliot. Love is complicated enough.”

The premiere of The Way Home Season 2, Episode 2 entitled “Hanging By A Moment” is on Sunday, January 28, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. In addition, this episode will air on Peacock up to 72 hours after the premiere.
