What Is The NCIS Season 21 Penultimate Episode ‘Prime Cut’ About?

According to IMDb, “After discovering the remains of a Marine captain, the NCIS team travels to Texas to interrogate the suspected killer.” With a title like “Prime Cut,” there may be some steer in this episode.

In addition, a preview that Sean Murray shared on Instagram showed Delilah visiting Tim at the office. Moreover, she had some big news for McGee about their kitchen remodel. Parker, Knight, and Torres were all ears, as Tim seemed to hint that they were still in the planning stations of a full kitchen remodel. However, Delilah had other plans.

She talked to a co-worker who happens to have a sister who works on one of those remodeling reality shows. Turns out, they are interested in the McGees possibly being in one of these shows. Best of all, their kitchen would be remodeled for free!

As Delilah excited left for work, Parker warned McGee to “tread lightly.” He even offered his couch. Sounds like there will be plenty of laughs and uncomfortable McGee moments in this episode.

CBS Announcing 2024/2025 Lineup

On Thursday, May 2, CBS is expected to announce its 2024/2025 lineup. This includes the name of the new Tony and Ziva NCIS spinoff. This also means they will share more information on when and where they will air the new series Origins. This is the highly-anticipated prequel spinoff that features young Gibbs. Mark Harmon is narrating this show, as well as the EP along with his son Sean.

Now that Hawaii is canceled, the network will have four total series. Moreover, this includes Sydney and the Mothership to schedule between CBS and Paramount+. Perhaps this big announcement will answer those questions.

In addition, how they schedule these new and existing shows could also explain why they canceled Hawaii. Certainly, it seems very possible that one of the two new spinoff series squeezed Hawaii off of the schedule.

Lastly, don’t miss the penultimate episode of NCIS on Monday, April 29, at 9 p.m., Eastern. Another show fans don’t want to miss is the penultimate episode of Hawaii on Monday, April 29, at 10 p.m., Eastern, on CBS. Both shows will be available on Paramount+ starting on Tuesday.

NCIS fans, what are your thoughts about this shortened Season 21? In addition, which new spinoff series are you most excited to see in the fall?
