“A tipline operator finds danger on the line.” What is Hallmark Mystery’s Tipline Mysteries: Dial 1 For Murder about? According to the synopsis, Maddie Moore has two jobs. During the day, she is a concierge at a Detroit, Michigan hotel, while her bonus job is at the Detroit Free Press. She works on the tip line phones. “Most nights, calls run anywhere from alien sightings to lost cats.”
One night, Maddie is startled when she gets a tip that there will be a jewelry heist. She calls the police to tell them of this tip. Normally, the detective who shows up was counting their days until retirement, ignoring her information. But, that detective has finally achieved their retirement goal and is replaced by Detective Weeks. Unfortunately, Beeks doesn’t take her information seriously.
So, relying on her detailed notes, she listens in on the police scanner using an app. Sure enough, there is a jewelry heist and possible homicide. Concerned, Maddie goes over to the crime scene where she sees Detective Beeks. He doesn’t want her involved and sends her away. But, she is not about to stand back.
“Undeterred, Maddie decides to investigate on her own, sometimes using her day job as a cover, and she continues to cross paths with Detective Beeks. When Maddie’s insights prove to be useful, Detective Beeks reluctantly joins forces with her. However, when the investigation takes a dangerous turn, Maddie begins to worry that her number just may be up.”

I was so disappointed when he was having many lines to say in this current when calls the heart I’m OK with Elizabeth and Nathan but Lucas to me shines
