Why Does ‘sMothered’ Season 5 Star Trevor Look Familiar?

sMothered is thought to be quite fake because it’s so over the top, and new cast member Trevor on Season 5, who looks very familiar, might make fans lean that way even more. If you don’t know, it’s the mom-and-daughter version of TLC’s I Love A Mama’s Boy. Actually, both shows seem too crazy to be completely real. Now, Trevor seems to have an extremely twisted relationship.

sMothered Cast For Season 5 Includes Trevor – He Seems Familiar

Season 5 premiered on December 12, and TLC fans felt a bit nostalgic to hear that Cher and Dawn Hubsher would not be returning. Other non-returnees included Angelica and Sunhe and Lauren and Laura Leigh. Even though TLC fans often cringe or mock them, they miss familiar faces. However, newcomers make up for it.

The new cast members for sMothered include a triangle. There is Trevor, his pregnant wife, DeLeesa, and her mom, India. The twist is that it’s Trevor who seems overly close to his mother-in-law. Usually, it’s the daughter who gets too attached to her parent. Now that the identity of Trevor has been revealed, it seems that there’s more than a sniff of possible fakery.

After Trevor posted a reminder about the premiere of the TLC show, an OP on Reddit shared it because they recognized him. Well, it turns out that he is none other than Trevor St. Agathe from the Netflix show, The Circle in Season 4.

Trevor is on sMothered (TLC)…If y’all aren’t familiar with smothered, it shows a mother and daughter relationship that’s pretty much them being TOO close with each other. But this time, Trevor is besties with his mother in law.

However, when faced with his own choice, Trevor chose to enter as his wife’s friend, Imani.
