‘All My Children’ Alec Musser Dead At 50
All My Children alum Alec Musser has passed away at the age of 50. He played the role of Del Henry for two years after winning the slot on I Wanna Be a Soap Star. So, what is known thus far as the cause of his passing? Read on for more details.
All My Children Alec Musser Dead At 50
A life cut too short for Alec Musser as he sadly passed away at the age of fifty. He had gotten really lucky when he was on the show, I Wanna Be a Soap Star. This allowed him to try out for a role on All My Children. From there, he was cast as Del Henry and he was so well received that his role was extended. Initially, the gig was only for thirteen weeks but Alec lasted two years. He then had small roles on other shows but nothing like AMC. Sadly, according to TMZ, he died on Friday, January 12th.
Alec’s fiancee, Paige as well as his uncle confirmed this news. As of now, his cause of death is unknown as no one in his inner circle has said much. Aside from his daytime career, he was known for his body and fitness modeling. If he looks familiar, it may be from the covers of Men’s Health, Men’s Workout, Exercise Health, and many more. Alec’s last post was four days ago and fans and friends are already commenting their deepest sadness and sympathies on it.

Soap Opera Sadness
It has been a wave of soap opera deaths along with Alec Musser. Jackie Zeman died in May 2023 and they just celebrated her life on General Hospital. Billy Miller tragically took his own life in September 2023 and then Tyler Christopher passed away on Halloween 2023. Andrea Evans died of cancer and Bill Hayes from Days of Our Lives just died this year, as well. It has not been easy by any means which is why someone made the comment that so many soap people have passed. Hopefully, Alec is at peace and more answers will come in time.
