Jill Duggar Goes To Parents’ Home In Arkansas See Pics
Counting On alum Jill Duggar has been promoting her book, “Counting The Cost,” over the past few months. She has become more outspoken about her struggles with Jim Bob and Michelle. But despite her actions, it seems that the 32-year-old is getting much closer to her siblings. She even made an unexpected appearance at the Duggar family’s recent Christmas party. Counting On: The Duggar Family’s Christmas Party
James recently took to Instagram to share the Duggar family’s Christmas. Some of the photos show the Duggar siblings with big smiles on their faces while celebrating the holiday. Many were also surprised to see Santa Claus at the dining table with some of the Duggars. There aren’t any photos of Michelle and Jim Bob. However, some Counting On fans assume that the two were just trying to shy away from the cameras to avoid negativity. Regardless, it’s clear that the supersized family had a blast on Christmas this year.
Jill Reunites With Parents For Christmas
Jill caught the attention of many with her appearance at the Duggar family’s 2023 Christmas party. The photo shows the Counting On alum and her husband having a great chat with Jed. The fourth Duggar child didn’t say much about her recent reunion with the family. But she enjoyed spending Christmas with them after years of celebrating apart.
Some Reddit users reacted to her unexpected arrival. According to them, it’s a sign that Jill Duggar is no longer estranged. Many were also surprised about Derick going to the party amid his unhealthy relationship with Jim Bob.
- “Not surprised Jill is there, I am surprised Dillard went, Jim Bob must not be there?” one person said.
- “Jill and Derick have said neither of them is allowed to come to TTH without JB’s permission or without JB being there. So presumably JB agreed to this,” another commenter added.
- “The fact that they can walk in that house with their heads held high and JB and Michelle apparently let them reinforces (to me anyway) that every word in that book was true and there’s probably a ton more they know she could have revealed,” another Reddit user said.
Counting On: Pants Are Finally Allowed In The Duggar Family?
Some fans also took to James’ IG post to talk about how some of the Duggar girls were wearing pants. It’s known that Jim Bob and Michelle only allow conservative clothes, especially long skirts. But it seems that wearing pants has become a normal thing in recent years. Michelle herself has also worn pants to some of their get-togethers this year.
- “Jill was there? And Joy and Abby are wearring pants!” one person said.
- “I saw that too! Thought it was interesting. There is hope they are getting out of IBLP,” another commenter added.
- “I think so for sure. I think they’ll convert to more modern Christianity like the older daughters. I’m sure the younger girls are already thinking of wearing pants,” one fan chimed in.
Some Counting On fans also noticed that Anna wasn’t in any photos. It’s unclear if she was just avoiding the camera. But it was reported that she hasn’t had a good relationship with some of the Duggar kids who are against her convicted husband, Josh. There are also speculations that she may have celebrated Christmas in prison with her spouse.
