In an IG Stories post, Jill shared clips from their recent trip to a museum. One of the clips the Counting On alum shared was a functioning dry ice machine. She also revealed that she was only with the boys. It appears Derick was busy with his job as an attorney. Nevertheless, it’s clear to see that Jill and her family have been relishing every moment of the Christmas season.
Jill Gets Shocking Gift From Jim Bob & Michelle
Jill also took to social media recently to share the shocking gift she received from her parents. According to the Counting On alum, she got a package that included an imported noodle. However, the noodle is known in Indonesia for its cheap price, putting Jim Bob and Michelle’s efforts in question.
The ramen noodles called Fried Mie Goreng have a retail price of $5 for a 5-pack bag, which means that they cost $1 per piece. It’s unclear why the Duggar parents would give their daughter such a Christmas gift. But considering their lifestyle and wealth, some would’ve expected something more expensive from the mom and dad. Regardless, Jill Duggar was happy about what she received and even admitted that it’s one of her favorite instant noodles.

Jill uploaded a photo from their latest movie night. According to the former Counting On star, it’s been their tradition to watch together during the Christmas season. However, the mother of three revealed she let her kids watch a movie that was against the Duggar family’s beliefs. She said that Sam and Israel got to watch The Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers. But she made sure they only watched the first part before the violent scenes appeared. She later switched to a more family-friendly movie titled The Lord of The Beans and said that her boys loved it.
Jill Duggar has yet to share Jim Bob and Michelle’s efforts for their grandsons. But some fans are speculating that Sam, Israel, and Frederick might receive Christmas presents from their grandparents, considering how their mother has been in touch with the Duggar family in Arkansas.
