Ryan Sutter Praises Wife Trista In Intimate Anniversary Post
Ryan and Trista Sutter were the first couple from The Bachelor franchise to get married and they did it on live television. She was the first Bachelorette and she and Ryan have proven to be one of the most successful couples. Today, Ryan went to Instagram to honor his wife and praise her in an intimate post on their anniversary. Keep reading to find out more and see Trista’s response.
Ryan and Trista Sutter celebrate anniversary
Ryan Sutter went to Instagram to share a heartfelt, intimate post celebrating his and Trista’s anniversary. The couple is celebrating their 20th anniversary together and just coming off of one of their toughest years yet.
They finally are getting Ryan back on track after his battle with Lyme disease. Plus, they made the move from Vail to Denver and to add more heartache, they lost their dog Sophie to a tragic illness.
Ryan shared a photo of the two of them with the beautiful Colorado sunset behind them. He said,
They never said it would be easy but this year was easily one of the craziest, most challenging, most unpredictable years of the 20 we’ve now spent together. Big change and heartbreaking loss tested our resolve. We left a community and friends and a lifestyle – a safe harbor – for a new adventure and to make a new home. We struggled and we cried. We laughed and we loved. We did it all and we did it together, like we always have. You and me, hand in hand, heart to heart.
Ryan went on to say that they started their married life in front of millions on television and now it’s just them. He continued saying there is no fanfare, no red carpet, just love and it’s all they have ever needed. He said he loves her now and forever.

Trista’s response
Trista Sutter’s response to her husband’s post is also heartfelt. She said he’s her safe harbor, happy place, and favorite love story. She toasted to living life and taking chances. Trista also said she’s thankful for his love.
Trista also posted on Instagram. She said their twentieth chapter starts now and she couldn’t be more grateful. She shared a precious video of her and Ryan throughout the years.
