Gerry Turner’s Ex Makes Shocking Claims
Is the bloom off the rose when it comes to Gerry Turner? The lead of ABC’s first Golden Bachelor saw his good-guy image tarnished last week when an ex-girlfriend spoke out about some red flags she experienced while dating him.
The very existence of a recent ex negates Turner’s claims of singlehood since becoming a widow in 2017. According to his former girlfriend, she was in a serious relationship with Gerry Turner for several years, even living with him in the lake house he bought with his wife before she died.
The woman, who The Hollywood Reporter called “Carolyn” to allow her to remain anonymous, listed other problematic behavior from Turner.
She claims that he made her pay for her own meals when they dined together but gave him cash so he could pay the entire bill on his credit card.

There are also accusations that he kicked her out of the home after their breakup instead of allowing her to stay for the agreed-up time.
Perhaps most shocking is her claim of why they broke up. According to “Carolyn,” she was expecting an invitation to his high school reunion but was told she couldn’t go because she gained weight.
However, that’s not how things ended from Gerry Turner’s perspective.
Gerry Turner’s Family Defends Him Against ‘Spiteful’ Ex
A relative of Gerry Turner spoke to the U.S. Sun to address the bombshell report. The unnamed family member denied the allegations. “None of that is true,” they said.
They further claimed the ex-girlfriend said all of those things about Gerry Turner out of “spite.”
In fact, the unnamed source even denied the woman’s claims of why her relationship with Turner ended. According to the relative, “Carolyn” wanted her name on the lake house lease, but Gerry Turner refused.
“I don’t even remember her name,” the family member sniped to the Sun.
On the November 30th season finale, Gerry Turner got engaged to Theresa Nist, which definitely didn’t help his image. Many Bachelor Nation fans were rooting for Leslie Fhima for the final rose.

She obviously has some resentments and disappointments as it didn’t work out between them. I’m glad he didn’t settle and went on to find his hearts desire. Rejection is painful so people do rationalize in their minds. After watching his behavior all these weeks and his handling of people I would not hold anything against him
