Carly Waddell’s Shocking Feelings On College Classmate Lady Gaga
Bachelor in Paradise alum Carly Waddell opened up on Jason Tartick’s podcast this week about something many may not have known about. She revealed that she had a quite famous college classmate. Carly went to school with Lady Gaga. She also revealed how she feels about the talented superstar. Keep reading to find out more.
Carly Waddell details going to college with Lady Gaga
BIP alum Carly Waddell opened up to Jason Tartick on the Trading Secrets podcast about going to college with Lady Gaga. On the podcast, she revealed that she and Lady Gaga attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts together. Of course back then Lady Gaga was known as Stefani Germanotta.
Carly said she would “sit on the piano every single day and just play and sing ‘Wicked’ at the top of her lungs.” She went on to say, “And we were all just trying to eat lunch. It was break time. And we were all, like, forced to listen to her.”
Of course, Carly admits that Stefani was very talented. However, she noted she just wanted to enjoy her break. She said, “I just wanted to eat my sandwich. And so I used to just eat in the hallway.” Carly said, “She was driving me crazy.”
It’s obvious Carly is not really a fan. She noted that Gaga would wear tight leotards and very revealing tops. Jason asked her if she thought Lady Gaga was the most talented performer at the school. Carly was blunt with her answer with an astounding “no.”
Carly thinks Gaga is above average now of course but back then she knew she was good but didn’t think of her as superior to anyone else.
Carly’s life after divorce
Carly Waddell also shared recently that she has moved on after her divorce from Evan Bass. She is dating again. In fact, she seems to be pretty smitten with her new boyfriend whom she says is older than her.
Carly said her new man is a small business owner and she has been dating him for four months. He appears to be everything she’s ever wanted.
Right now she is keeping him private and all to herself. Hopefully, soon she will be ready to introduce him to her fans. He’s already met her two children and Carly gushes about having him around.
