‘Teen Mom’ Warrant For David Eason’s Arrest Out

There is a warrant for David Eason’s arrest out right now after he was charged with child abuse. The Teen Mom alum has been in hot water since his stepson, Jace, ran away for the third time. So, what is the current situation? Read on for more details.

Teen Mom Warrant For David Eason’s Arrest Out

Just yesterday, it was revealed that David Eason had been charged with child abuse. This came after his stepson, Jace, 14, accused him of assault. He also claimed that this was why he ran away for the third time in less than two months. Jace’s grandmother and Jenelle Evans’ mother, Barbara had been seen at the hospital Jace was taken to. After that, it seemed he had been placed in CPS custody and turned over to Barbara while a thorough investigation was launched. They wanted to speak with Jenelle’s other children, Kaiser and Ensley but she apparently made it very difficult.

There were rumblings that this had turned into a criminal investigation and now, the warrant is out. According to The Sun, it is yet to be served but yes, it is officially there. The court clerk shared this: “I don’t see anything that has been served. But there is a warrant out for his arrest.” On the same day that the child abuse charges came out, Jenelle went all out on her Instagram stories. She claimed that this was all on-sided, she should have known not to trust the police, and that she was lied to her face.

Furthermore, Jenelle alleged that the detective who was involved made her believe that she and David Eason were great parents. More so, they acted as if her mom, Barbara was the one who could not stop talking about fame. Yet, she cannot wait to see them in court for defamation of her husband’s name. At the same time, she claimed in her first slide that she was going MIA but eventually proceeded to vent in three more after that.

Where Will Jace Land?

Jace has made it clear that if he has to go home to his mother and David Eason, he will run away again. Therefore, he has been happily seen about with Barbara. Today, Wednesday, October 25th, they are supposed to head to court again. It is simply a check-in to see what is going on and if things are copasetic over there. No real permanent living decisions are said to be made just yet. As for whether or not Jenelle Evans will be in attendance is unclear.
