‘RHOBH’ Erika Jayne Still Married & Doesn’t Care
RHOBH star Erika Jayne is still married to her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, and simply doesn’t care. She filed for divorce three years ago but the divorce has not gone through just yet. So, what is the reason behind this? Read on for more details.

When RHOBH star Erika Jayne first introduced her husband, Tom Girardi, no one understood it. He was around thirty years older than her and she was gorgeous. It really made very little sense but she was able to convince her co-stars they were a great match. He supported all of her endeavors and she took care of him. Then, she filed for divorce on election day 2020 to bury the news but it did not work. It soon came out that there was a lot more to the stories Erika had been telling about Tom and his accidents. More so, there appeared to be some memory loss and shady business on his behalf.
It took on a life of its own and Erika was constantly under a microscope for her husband’s missteps. They were figuring out if he was fit for trial as he was eventually living in a facility. Through this, Erika proudly shared that she had started to have intimate moments with new men. She was moving on and was very happy with what she was doing. Yet, she was still married and, as of today, still is. So, why is that? According to Page Six, it seems she just does not care right now.
The performer told Entertainment Tonight this: “In the order of all of the problems I’m facing, it’s probably the absolute last thing [I care about]. I just don’t think about it. The day I filed for divorce and we were legally separated, that was it for me. We are in very different places. I have a lot to clean up and pick up and move on.” Furthermore, she noted that she really is just looking out for Erika.

Currently, Erika Jayne is insanely busy. The new season of RHOBH premieres Wednesday, October 25th plus she has her own Las Vegas residency at the House of Blues. Though this has brought her a huge high being back on stage, she does admit she is still grieving her marriage. Admittedly, she did not just lose a husband, she lost her stability, plus he was sick. She also added that she lost her money and then there was the legal situation and it hit her at the same time. So, Erika is still dealing with all of this but appears to remain hopeful.
