Kaitlyn Bristowe Takes Breakup To Petty Next Level?
Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick vowed to be friends after their breakup. They have said mutually they will co-own their two dogs, Ramen and Pinot. Both have been grieving over their relationship. However, Kaitlyn recently admitted that she didn’t feel like Jason had protected her from online hate. Now, has Kaitlyn taken the breakup to a petty next level? Keep reading to find out more.
Did Kaitlyn Bristowe take breakup to a petty level?
At the time of their split, the two vowed to remain close and noted that nothing bad happened to end their relationship. After four years together they just found that they were not making each other a priority. So, they decided to break off the engagement.
Then, Kaitlyn called out Jason for a video he shared in which he was packing up and moving out. The video showed their two dogs looking sad. She received a lot of hate from online trolls who immediately thought it was all her fault.
Kaitlyn said, “We talked about protecting each other through it because, of course, when you go through breakups you want to have your side and someone to have their side. To justify it and say all these things. We really agreed on protecting each other.”
She went on to say, “When he was, kind of, leaning into that sad — I was like, ‘Bro,’ It didn’t protect me because it made me look like I was taking the dogs away from him.”
They are both obsessed with their dogs and Jason has even noted they are his best friends. After Kaitlyn called him about the video and the rude messages she was getting he noted that he had not gotten one message about it.
Now, as Kaitlyn enjoys time with her mom in Europe, she has seemingly unfollowed Jason on Instagram along with his podcast, Trading Secrets.
As of the time of this writing, Jason is still following Kaitlyn. Neither have spoken out or mentioned the new development. Is Kaitlyn taking things to a petty new level? Or, did something else happen nobody knows about?
They have both been traveling and trying to keep busy
Kaitlyn had her father visit her and now she is on a trip with her mom overseas. Jason is currently getting his new place all setup and decorated. He has shared some of that with fans and even asked for tips on decorating.
Prior to moving into his new place, Jason had also traveled and that included a trip to Colorado where he hung out with Blake Horstmann who is friends with both Kaitlyn and Jason.
In fact, Blake called out fans online and said he would not take sides and belittle either one of them.
