Blake Horstmann Fires Back At Fans Over Jason Tartick, Kaitlyn Bristowe
Bachelor in Paradise alum Blake Horstmann is firing back at fans over Jason Tartick and Kaitlyn Bristowe. Jason and Kaitlyn ended their engagement after being together for four years. It happens in so many broken relationships that others expect friends to take sides. Blake wasn’t having it. Keep reading to see what he had to say about fans coming at him.
Blake Horstmann fires back at fans
BIP alum Blake Horstmann is firing back at fans who think he is choosing sides in the breakup between Jason Tartick and Kaitlyn Bristowe. What got him riled up? Jason went to Colorado and chose to spend some time with his buddy Blake. He also was at the US Open with him. This led fans to start commenting that he is taking sides and choosing Jason.
Blake went to Instagram to fire back. He said, “Alright I’m already sick of this BS. Y’all there are no teams. These are 2 friends of mine who gave everything they had to a relationship that didn’t work.”
Blake didn’t stop there. He went on to say “I know you think you are ‘helping,’ but you are not helping either of them by sliding into DMs or attacking people in the comment sections. Let them heal on their own. They don’t need your help.”
Kaitlyn also addressed people taking sides
Kaitlyn Bristowe has also weighed in on her split and people choosing sides. She spoke out on her Off the Vine podcast. She said,
So [for] eight years I’ve been dealing with love, support, trolls, hate, ups, downs, all the things and going through a public breakup brings out the loud people.People want to pick sides and they want to be on teams and I’m just over here trying to respect the mutual breakup and just live my life. And then people are like, ‘Ew you look way too happy right now.’ What? I’m not allowed to be happy?
Both Kaitlyn and Jason have acknowledged how hard their breakup has been. What makes it even worse and even harder is that nothing bad happened between them. They are still friends and they still love each other very much.
In fact, Jason is even staying in Nashville so they can both take care of their two dogs. As time goes on, Jason and Kaitlyn have been opening up more to fans about their split.
