‘RHONJ’ Teresa & Jacqueline Still Buddies Post-Reunion?
Is RHONJ star Teresa Giudice still buddies with show alum Jacqueline Laurita after the explosive Season 13 reunion? A lot came out during the reunion that made it seem that the two really should not have reconnected. Yet, they did but did they keep it going? Read on for more details.
RHONJ Teresa & Jacqueline Still Buddies Post-Reunion?
Back in February of this year, Jacqueline Laurita revealed that she and former RHONJ co-star, Teresa Giudice had a five-hour lunch. They truly reconnected and Teresa tried to come up with every reason why they had to reconcile. Why their reconciliation just made sense but no one believed it at all. It seemed extremely odd since they did not seem to have a good past. Then, the Season 13 reunion was filmed and their meeting was addressed. Host Andy Cohen questioned why Teresa would believe anything that came out of Jacqueline’s mouth.
He wanted to remind her they had a lot of issues dating back to her trying to blame Laurita for her the demise of her relationship with her brother, Joe Gorga. While Teresa was defending her friendship with Jacqueline, her SIL Melissa Gorga brought out texts from Laurita to RHONJ co-star, Jackie Goldschneider: “‘I know I shouldn’t care, but her arrogance, voice and the fact she gets away with too much after being a nasty a**hole bothers me. She is a low-life trash bucket. She’s stupid, but also very calculating,” it started.
Laurita went on to point out all of the work Teresa had done to herself but called her “ugly” and said she is irritated every time she sees her. She ended it with: “She’s infamous for being a dumb, classless train wreck. She doesn’t get it.” So, did this break the two women? According to Page Six, an insider shared that neither Jacqueline nor Teresa cared about the text coming out. The proof of that is that they are still on good terms. More so, they are still talking to one another.
Will This Friendship Continue?
It is easy for them to stay friends right now as RHONJ is still on hiatus. Melissa and Joe Gorga are enjoying their time in Italy while Dolores Catania headed to Ireland with her boyfriend. Yet, when the cameras go back up, what will happen? Andy Cohen has said that he wanted Caroline Manzo to come back last season. He felt she would be great against Teresa. However, that did not work out and she ended up on RHUGT4 which was a disaster for her but maybe gold for ratings.
